The Coastal Region Office is the coordinating office for community development projects in the area of 5 coastal provinces (Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Nghe An) focusing on controlling HIV infection rate, among the key population of people who are drug users, injecting drug users, sex workers, men who have sex with men, etc.,... through capacity building activities, enhance the participation of community, increasing opportunities to access equitable and favorable health services.
